yes sir it means Egyptian too
but, Masrawy 'مصراوي' is a very slang term NOT like المصري/مصري. it wouldn't to have such online popularity IMHO if masrawy.com wasn't up and running, the site gave the term this popularity not reverse .. Masrawy.com is the largest Egyptian gate and one of the first Egyptian gates at all which have been acquired 2 or 3 years ago by Link.net 'the leading Internet Services company in Egypt'
