Are you sure it got fully registered? Check you email and you should have written confirmation.
It is possible that it got hung up in payment and did not go thru...again usually dynadot will advise by email that order is open and yet to be completed.
Best after you finish regging to go to "My Account" and see that domain is indeed in your account, then double check by going to see your email confirmation.
