As a person who heavily used FF 1 and 2, there were a number of things which aggravated me about both of them. But FF was the best browser you could get for Linux, and the safest browser you could get for Windows. Then came Opera 9, and it was slick and full of nice features (and full of bugs). The bugs pushed me back to FF 2.

I started using FF 3 a week or so ago, after I read RD post that he had been using it for a while and that he liked it. I must say that FF 3 is very nice and adds a lot of intuitive features that one would simply expect to exist. For example, you can drag and drop ANY element from the browser window to a desktop and it just works as expected. Drag an image from a browser window to your desktop or a folder, and the image is saved. Drag a link, and you get a link on your desktop, etc. Dynamic checking of malware sites against a central service, etc... Many other nice features as well.
