For single words, above 1,000 is good, and 1,500 for compound words.
For breakeven on reg fee, 10,000 to 30,000 for generics, and 2,000 to 10,000 for those with pinyin websites.
Guideline may vary according to subject, as technology terms like computer, hosting, etc tend to have lower Baidu index than say consumer terms. For example, computer（计算机) gets only 1,879 today, wherea movies (电影）gets 156,048.
