Again, this one is Europe based. So if you've got good European targeted domains, then it might be worth looking into.

While this one is not as big as tradedoubler, they do have a nicer user interface and offer different programs (generally for companies that compete with tradedoubler advertisers). For example, I found a company who's products I would rather promote than the only available choice on tradedoubler (a less well known company).
