Who the hell would register that name, believing that they would be free from any TM issues !!!. Latin or not - the end result is the same - make people think that the site is one that it isnt !!

Domain names forums need to establish a strict policy regarding phishing domains, and enforce it.

It would certainly help in establishing credibility, I think the idn-related forums have always been clear in rejecting it.

I think the next logical step would be for some of the registrars to also start rejecting the registration of such blatant "phising" domains.

Maybe they can't do it during the actual registration process, but they should be a way in which they can monitor what has been registered and then flag names such as this.
