I own one .tv soapopera.tv The only thing I have done with it is pay a $500 a year renewal fee.

I think its only a matter of time before IDN.tv gets hit with Premium pricing. Some of the junk that Demand Media are currently trying to pass off with Premium pricing is a joke !! There are some real gems out there as IDN.tv.

They may do that for domains not yet registered, i don't see premium pricing happening on what is already registered.
