Dynadot jacking up COM/NET prices in 2 weeks

We want to let you know that the central registry for COM and NET domains will raise prices for COM and NET starting on October 1, 2008. Due to this price increase, we will be raising our COM and NET prices from $8.99 to $9.25. To save money, you may want to renew your COM and NET domains before October 1st to take advantage of our current prices before they go up.

This price increase will affect all COM and NET registrations, renewals, and domain transfers. Any orders submitted and paid before October 1, 2008 will not be affected by this price increase.

Might be worth it to do some renewals in advance if you have a lot coming up in the next few months.

Nobody knows how long Verisign is going to run their discount in IDN fresh registrations.

But this will definitely affect IDN renewals.
