Need a little help with this spanish website

Seems like google dosent recognize Ratón as the word for mouse or if it does it dosent associate it with the word drivers.
I have put in a few white font keywords but "mouse driver" is not being seen in the google ads.
Anyone have any good ideas on how to make this work without changing it to an english based website?
Pretty much just a parked page.
