i think .rf is no threat to .com. firstly, quite a good number of russian ascii sites are using .com, so it will be a natural transition from ascii.com to idn.com.

In comparison, idn.py would be a stronger contender against idn.com.

Hence, by confusing users, .rf will help .com.
