Hindi IDN's 2 word names question

Can some one comment on 2 word Hindi IDN dot com domains ?

Are hyphens the most appropriate ?

Google searches for 2 words combined often are zero results.

Not sure i understood the question Steve but if i did:

You always want to own both 'versions' , with and without the hyphen.
When it is a 2word domain, regardless of the language enter it to google in between " " to get a more accurate numbers.

I have been registering Arabic names for a month or so.
So I understand the hyphen need with these IDN's.

Hindi, I am just getting started.
Again, some 2 word expressions are common on Google, but not
concatenated or merged together.

I am interested to reg' computer and technical terms in Hindi for the long haul.
I guess the risk is less by 2x if I get the hyphen and unhyphened at the same time.

Aren't Hindi 2 words names too risky ? Unless it's for really precisely targetted names ! I mean, it's quite easy to get some pretty nice 1 word names. I could get नारी.com (Woman) which I think is not bad, although I didn't put it to appraisal yet. It gets a bit traffic but from domainers (Europe and North America) !

lot of one word hindi domains are unregged.
why would you want to go for hyphen hindi names

I registered these 2 word names in Hindi with a hyphen for the very long term.

I am not ever expecting type ins for Hindi IDN's like these.

But SEO will be fine to drive traffic, when the time is more appropriate.

With regard to 1 word names, I have about 10 so far, but they are only 10% of the
words I tried to get....

the use of hyphens is an issue for my Arabic names and for Russian as well....
Many Russian speakers

Also, many Russian names have stronger meaning with hyphens for native speakers...I don't have the archive postings handy.....

Many IDNers have 2 word names with hyphens and with out hyphens....
to cut the risk in half for $7 a throw....


It seems in Hindi on Google searches that 2 word names crashed together come up zero results....
At least hyphenated Hindi seems to come back with results...
From a future SEO strategy this is critical, because this will allow 1st page
placement with great content, along with the domain name part of the algorithm....

Now the Google is coming out with a G1 phone...eventually they will have
a G1 app store.....

I think 'mobile-software' in Hindi is a good generic for the mass of the Hindi smart phone market as it emerges in 3 to 5 years time....

Is the hyphenation used in hindi? hyphen isn't used in japanese or chinese for record.

For arabic, i go for 2 words without hyphen - that don't stick.

Yes mobile-software is good, but the term used for applications ( अनुप्रयोगों ) in your second domain is not something that the normal public uses in speech which is why i thought i'd give you heads up.
