1:6.84 is official rate,ofter domainer to domainer is 1:6.4

The real relevance here is not the exchange rate being this or that.

It is the fact that Chinese registrars/dropcatchers (2 authorized atm I believe) are now catching and auctioning .cn - and these prices are not bad- only one way from here - and it ain't down, just to give you a clue.
