Arabic Header for Namedrive

I talked to Namedrive and they are willing to create an Arabic theme header. Anyone have any good photos, images or input? Any other headers anyone would like to see while we are talking to them?

it is very difficult indeed to put one arabic theme that is suitable for all 28 arabic countries and that is suitable for all different arabic topics and interests

The only thing I can think of is the arabian horse


it is a symbol of noble tradition and power

I don't suggest religious symbol as it will be offensive for muslims to visit adult and other non religious IDNs to find an islamic symbol

also putting hot photos will be offensive for muslims when they visit islamic IDNs

that's why I could think only of the arabian horse

calligraphy is a good suggestion putting in mind what is written not to be offensive too.

totally agree with g in this point, this may decrease our ctr not increasing it! in the same time as for religious domains, religious symbol will be very suitable to grab user interest.
I think we can help them sorting these pictures according to the right topic, we may collect images here and sorting them then send all images sorted to them to use, g, Sammy, is it possible for us to do?

For format, maybe could be something like the Namedrive template "travel" with the 5 or 6 photographs. That could provide for a collage of scenery or images.

Maybe photos could include a generic (or major city) skyline, the Arabian stallion, a lavish Arabic buffet (with falafel), sunset over the dunes of the Sahara, colorful photos of Arabic musicians, perhaps a few famous landmarks...great Pyramids or Petra.

I'm assuming they should be our own pictures since they will be used by Namedrive? (Rights should be owned by us)
