I have been seeing a little traffic to Bengali & Tamil domains. This is rare, so it is noticeable.

Only geodomains and টেলিফোন.com & টেলিফোন.net (telephone).

Speculators?

probably speculators, easy to see if you check the origin of the searches, i don´t think there are a lot of speculators in india and bangladesh righ now,so if the traffic is indian assume it'a a real visitor.

On ਪੰਜਾਬੀ.com (punjabi in punjabi) I have a little traffic but from Europe and US Some weak traffic on Hindi domains too and some from India but I think these are domainers, no clicks.

My traffic is from Asia. Just wondering. You are probably right that the traffic is mostly from speculators.

both punjabi and bengali population are over sentimental rather fanatics about their language.

try to setup a forum with some generic debates. I think if the visitors are real, the site will be a bigger hit than just the domain.
