Looks like the plural Офисы dropped several months ago. Nice one.

офисные is an adjective (plural form) and is used in combination with other words, like "офисные стулья" ("office chairs").
I wouldn't keep it.

I totally agree and normally don't register adjectives as a rule, although, occasionally, some adjectives can play role of nouns in some cases.

For example, the following words are all adjectives that suppose to have word "shop" (магазин) after them to be grammatically correct, but often they just don't in everyday life and as a result can be used and perceived as standalone words

МЕБЕЛЬНЫЙ - furniture store
ПОДАРОЧНЫЙ - gift shop
ЮВЕЛИРНЫЙ - jewelry store
ОБУВНОЙ - shoe store
КНИЖНЫЙ - book store
